About Me

I am a graduate of interior design and architectural history at Oklahoma State University with a passion for creating spaces that are carefully curated and designed for the people that occupy them. I love working with my hands and maintaining the human touch of design through my work. I can usually be found roaming an art museum or wandering around an antique store looking for inspiration.

Design Philosophy:

I believe that as a designer I have the unique ability to positively influence the lives of others through the built environment. I believe in quality over quantity and that the richness of materials can increase the merit and confidence of a space and therefore that of its inhabitants. I believe in the beauty of time. That time brings out the most beautiful qualities of natural materials and that history encompasses the entirety of art. I believe that antiques are the anchor that keeps us from floating into conformity. I believe that craftsmanship is a fleeting quality that should be preserved and that it holds the key to human satisfaction.

Why I do what I do…

Our physical surroundings can have a significant affect on our mental health. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I know the importance of one's environment first hand and I feel strongly that everyone deserves an environment in which they feel safe and comfortable.
